A Heart for Helping Seniors Transition
As a Senior Transition Specialist, I understand that notarizing documents during a health event or major life change can feel overwhelming. Having helped my own family through this journey, I know how important it is to have someone who is patient, compassionate, and willing to meet families where they are.

I regularly assist with Powers of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directives, trusts, wills, and other important documents. Whether your loved one is at home, in a hospital, assisted living community, or care facility, I can travel to you so there's one less thing to worry about. My goal is to help everyone involved feel comfortable, respected, and at ease throughout the appointment.

Some of the most meaningful appointments happen when a family is trying to make important decisions during an uncertain time, with medical concerns, family conversations, and paperwork all happening at once. My job isn't to add to that pressure. Instead, I create a calm, respectful environment where everyone has the time and space they need, and I approach each appointment with patience and respect for the people involved.

I HELP FAMILIES WITH:
-
Powers of Attorney: notarizing documents that allow a trusted person to assist with financial, legal, or other responsibilities when properly executed.
-
Advance Healthcare Directives: providing mobile notarization for documents that communicate a loved one's healthcare wishes.
-
Trusts & Wills: assisting with notarization of estate planning documents when notarization is required or requested.
-
Mobile Appointments: traveling to homes, hospitals, assisted living communities, and rehabilitation centers, so a loved one doesn't have to be transported just to complete important paperwork.

What to Expect at Your Notary Appointment
To help your notarization go smoothly, here are a few important things to know before we meet:
1
All signers must be present in person at the time of the appointment.
Notarization requires all signers to be physically present to verify identity and witness the signing in real time. This ensures the document’s validity and legal compliance.
2
Each signer must show valid, government-issued photo ID.
A current, government-issued photo ID is necessary to confirm the identity of each signer and is required by Nevada notary law (such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
3
Do not sign your documents in advance.
I’ll guide you through the signing process during our appointment. To meet legal requirements, documents must be signed in front of the notary. I’ll walk you through the proper steps to ensure everything is accurate and compliant.
4
Accepted payment methods.
For your convenience, I accept multiple forms of payment. You can choose the method that works best for you at the time of your appointment:

Cash OR Credit/Debit Card

Mobile Notary FAQs
How do I schedule a mobile notary appointment with you?
It’s easy! Just call or text me at 702-277-9753. I’ll ask a few quick questions to make sure we’re all set, then we’ll confirm a time, location, and price. Same-day, evening, weekend, and some holiday appointments are available.
Do I need an ID for notarization? What’s acceptable?
Yes, all signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification. This can be a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. ID must be current or issued within the last 5 years in Nevada.
How much does it cost
to get a signature
notarized?
Fees depend on the number of notarizations, the type of document, and travel time. I’ll always give you a clear quote before we confirm your appointment—no surprises.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal for your convenience.
Do I need witnesses for my document?
That depends on the document. Some documents—like wills or powers of attorney—may require one or more witnesses. If you're unsure, it's best to check with the document provider or attorney.
Can I provide the witnesses?
Yes! If witnesses are required, you can bring your own as long as they are not named in the document and are over 18. In some cases, I may be able to help find witnesses—just ask when scheduling.
Can I come to you to get my signature notarized?
I'm a mobile notary, which means I travel to you! I meet clients at homes, workplaces, coffee shops, hospitals, hotels, and more—including Las Vegas Strip hotels and McCarran Airport.
Can I sign my document before we meet?
Nope! Please wait to sign your document until we’re together. I need to witness you signing in person as part of the notarization process.
How does the notarization process work?
We’ll meet in person, I’ll verify your ID, watch you sign the document, and complete the notarial certificate. I’ll also answer any questions about the process—just not legal ones.
Can a handwritten letter be notarized?
Yes, as long as it contains language that clearly describes the purpose and is signed in front of me, a handwritten letter canbe notarized.
Do you travel to hospitals to notarize documents?
Absolutely. I regularly visit hospitals, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities throughout the Las Vegas area to provide notary services.
Do you offer early morning appointments?
Yes! I offer early morning appointments upon request. Just let me know your timing needs when scheduling.
Do you offer same-day notary services?
I do. Same-day appointments are often available. Call or text early to lock in your preferred time.
Are you a mobile
notary?
Yes! I’m a full-time mobile notary in Las Vegas, which means I travel to your location for added convenience.
Can I get a Sunday notary appointment?
Yes, I’m available for Sunday appointments by request. Weekend and holiday availability varies—so reach out to check my schedule.
Do you notarize documents at the airport?
Yes, I can meet you at Harry Reid International Airport for notarizations. Just give me a heads-up and we’ll coordinate a convenient time and terminal.
Do you notarize documents at Las Vegas Strip hotels?
Yes! I frequently meet clients at Strip hotels like The Bellagio, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, and more. Perfect for travelers or busy professionals.
I have an auto title that needs to be signed and transferred. Do you notarize auto titles?
Yes, I can notarize auto title transfers for DMV or private party sales. Just make sure you bring valid ID and the unsigned title.
Can you provide me with a pre-printed Power of Attorney form?
No, I cannot. As a notary, I am not allowed to provide legal advice or legal documents, including Powers of Attorney. You can obtain these from an attorney or a reputable legal document service.
Can you meet me during my break at work to notarize a document?
Of course! I regularly meet clients at workplaces throughout Las Vegas. Just let me know the time and place—I'll make it easy and quick.
